Glass Light Shades

Please note that all our glass lamp shades are individually hand blown. As such there may be slight size variations, air bubbles and minor flaws. We aim to match shades as closely as possible for multiple purchases, but cannot guarantee an absolute match.

Returns Policy

All our lighting fittings are hand made and finished to order and as such we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or materially mis-described. We are happy to answer any questions prior to ordering. Special order items are also non returnable.

Most other items are subject to the The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where you are contracting with us as a Consumer. Any returns should be notified to us in writing by post or by email & returned strictly within 14 working days following the day of receipt. Items are returned, save where the goods are being returned due to damage or defects, entirely at the client's own expense and risk, proof of posting is therefore advisable. 

In accordance with the legislation, a refund will be processed within 14 working days following receipt of the returned goods. 

Provided that you have taken reasonable care of the goods and they are received in the same condition as when dispatched, then the refund will be issued using the same method of payment, as when the order was placed.

Shortages or damages should be notified in writing strictly within 7 working days of receipt. We will do our utmost to remedy short orders as soon as possible.

Please retain the original packaging for damage claims, as this may be required for any insurance claim. 

Delivery

Whilst we will endeavor to dispatch your purchase(s) promptly, new light fittings are handmade to order. As such you should allow up to 28 working days for dispatch, during busy periods. Most items are sent by Courier and are delivered within 48 hours. Smaller Items are sent via Royal Mail or Aimail for our overseas customers. We are happy to provide international shipping quotations for larger items on request. The client has sole responsibility for any import duties or taxes payable. Shortages or damages must be notified strictly within 7 days of delivery.

This website is fully secured against loss of your personal data and complies with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1984. Your account information is held solely for the purposes of use within this website and will not be disclosed to third parties, other than our professional advisers, Royal Mail and our courier service providers. Your Credit and Debit Card information is held securely by Shopify.
